My message from spirit. This weekend someway somehow go outside and put your bare feet on the earth and hug a tree or if you are fortunate enough walk in the ocean. Breathe and listen to the ancestors. Feel the connection with Mother Earth. Feel the connection with your ancestors, Feel your connection with the universe. Know that you are here and you have a purpose.
