I have been resting today. It is always important to recharge your batteries. I have been hearing a lot lately that lots of people are having trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep. There are a lot of sleep aids that are natural but also take into mind to give your body the right environment to sleep, dark room, ambient noise (not tv noise), cool room and weighted blankets. I have always found too that putting yourself in a meditative state works well for me to sleep deeply. Honor your body. Let go of your worries. Also ask your spirit guides to watch over you so you can sleep. This will release the worry you might have about releasing to sleep.
